F1 RC Cars - China GP 2013

2 June 2013 - After more than a month, the F1RC Club of the Philippines was back to F1 racing with the Spanish GP. Mirroring the Catalunya Circuit, the track was fast and tricky with added unpredictability in traction in some areas of the track. First time TQer was Jun Manego followed by the fast Orca powered Kim Daus. But unlike the real Spanish GP where a Spaniard in a prancing horse powered F1 came out on top, it was Ted "Satoshi" Flores driving flawlessly in a prancing Bull that finished first.

Jun tried to salvage 2nd or a 3rd podium finish by driving furiously and thus posting the fastest laps of the day but the ever consistent Porsha Mangilit grabbed the opportunity when Jun's vintage Honda Bar sponsored F103 spun several times halfway thru heats 2 & 3. Thus, the podium finishers was again a repeat of the earlier Bahrain race with Ted 1st, Porsha 2nd, and Jun 3rd.

The rundown of finishers for the day:
1st - Ted F.
2nd - Porsha M.
3rd - Jun M.
4th - Rains V.
5th - Miles B.
6th - Alan F.
7th - Kim D.
